Controlled burns for fire prevention. This is something we do twice a year, every year. The lions are all used to it. They know they are safe. The land is used to it. It regenerates the soil and makes it more fertile for the next season. It also helps rid the grass of ticks and parasites. It’s a hard physical job needing full concentration.
