Fine motor is our biggest challenge right now given Carle's rare genetic disorder which causes autism, epilepsy, & a movement disorder. We spent majority of her IEP meeting discussing fine motor accomodations & goals. Our main priority is her mental health, so we dont want her to become stressed as she strives to reach fine motor goals. We want the practice to be engaging & feel like play.
