On Sept. 15, representatives from the Tennessee Aquarium Conservation Institute traveled to Kingston, Tennessee. There, on the shores of the Watts Bar Reservoir, they released about 1,000 juvenile Lake Sturgeon into the Tennessee River system, from which this river-going giant had all but disappeared by the 1970s.
