A bonding jumper from the receptacle grounding terminal to the metal box is not required if [250.146(A)]: (1) The receptacle is attached to the raised metal cover with at least two screws with nut locking means. (2) The raised metal cover mounting holes are on a flat non-raised portion of the cover. The only time a bonding bushing/jumper is required for a metal raceway containing feeder/branch circuits is when the raceway contains 277V, 480V, or 480Y/277V circuits AND the raceway encounters oversized, concentric, or eccentric knockouts at an enclosure.
