Has this happened to you? You’re refilling your dog poop bag dispenser, when all of a sudden you twist to lock the cap and -POOF- the bags disappear? We’ve got the fix! To ensure you’ve pulled enough of the bag out to twist & lock, load your poop bag roll so the first bag comes out through the slit until you see the “e” (of the earth rated logo), then simply align the cap with the slit. Attach your cap, and twist until you hear a “click” sound to lock your cap in place. Bonus: when using your ba
