LASAGNA Recipe below:2 pounds ground beef 2 pounds ground pork 1 large onion 1/4 pound pancetta Olive oil 1 small can tomato paste 2 bottles tomato passata 1 cup red wine/ Porto 3 pounds ricotta 1 pound mozzarella 2 eggs 1 tablespoon parsley 1/2 cup grated pecorino or parmingana 2 packages dry lasagna pasta For the plain sauce:Olive oil A couple of garlic cloves, one small onion, salt and pepper, basil. (Cook 40 minutes) Directions: 1) Preheat oven 400 degrees F. 2) Add the olive oil, onions and
