The Michigan Supreme Court announced its justices have selected a new chief justice with the upcoming departure of the current incumbent.

The Supreme Court of Georgia announced on Tuesday that the state's Judicial Nominating Commission is accepting nominations to fill an upcoming vacancy. Chief Justice Michael Boggs announced in February that he would step down at the end of the court's current term on March 31.
