Warner Bros Discovery has confirmed plans to shut three of its gaming development studios. The decision means the anticipated Wonder Woman game, which has been in production for three years at one of the affected studios,

WB Games, the video game publishing arm of Warner Bros. Discovery, is shutting down three of its development studios, including the developer behind Multiversus and a long-standing developer working on an upcoming Wonder Woman game.

In disappointing news, the Wonder Woman game that was announced back in 2021 ( and rebooted in 2024) has been cancelled. Rumours of the cancellation spread yesterday evening, but it has been confirmed today (26th February 2025). The game is no more, and three Warner Bros Games development studios are closing.
