The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a winter weather advisory as Cincinnati is forecast to get 2 to 3 inches of snow the night of Dec. 11 into the morning of Dec. 12, with more snow to the southwest of the city in Boone County, Kentucky and Dearborn County, Indiana.
