Hundreds of veterans gathered at the Arizona State Fairgrounds near Downtown Phoenix for various resources as part of the annual StandDown event.

Rain moved through the Valley Thursday afternoon, and Friday will bring one last quick shot of showers late in the day, followed by clearing for the weekend.
