The Trump administration’s war on electric cars continues with the halt of a national program that sends money to states to install EV charging equipment. It was the latest move by President Donald Trump to reverse Biden-era EV policies — even as those policies have personally enriched his top ally, Elon Musk.

With Elon Musk being put in a position of power with the inauguration of President Donald Trump, his companies are certainly being impacted. Most notably, Tesla sales plummeted in Germany by a whopping 59 percent in January,

Tesla sales in Europe have reportedly plummeted as Elon Musk pedals his political agenda, not only in countries like Germany but also in the U.S.

Trump has threatened to place a 25 percent tariff on imports from Canada and Mexico, as well as a 10 percent additional tariff on all imports from China. Energy resources from Canada will have a lower 10 percent tariff.

It seems the richest man in the world may have taken things too far as Trump has reportedly stepped in to prevent a hiring of a non-US citizen.
