U.S. President Donald Trump announced that he could raise tariffs on automobiles as a means of encouraging investment by automakers in the U.S. At an event held at the White House, President Trump said that he could raise tariffs in the near future.

Roughly 70 protests are planned across Michigan against Trump administration's immigration policies. Several Detroit area police agencies say they're ready.

Rallies are expected throughout metro Detroit and dozens of other cities in the state from Midland to Muskegon and Milan to Marquette.
