Louisiana's attorney general is suing Roblox, alleging it has and continues to "facilitate the distribution of child sexual abuse material and the sexual exploitation of Louisiana’s children."

The lawsuit points to several sexually explicit experiences that were on the platform, including “Escape to Epstein Island,” “Diddy Party,” and “Public Bathroom Simulator Vibe."

The state is seeking permanent injunctive relief against Roblox, civil penalties and actual damages, though no specifics on damages have been shared. Louisiana is the first state to file suit, though Florida may follow. Grab it on sale for a record-low price.
