HOUSTON - Gulf breezes, mostly clear skies and isolated storms are expected through the end of the week. Temperatures will be in the upper-90s inland, and the low-90s near the beaches. Each day will bring a few morning showers near the coast and scattered inland storms each afternoon.

The best chance of storms will occur in the late afternoon, and a few storms could produce heavy downpours and gusty winds.

Daily rain chances aren't going away, but it does look more isolated and linked to the afternoon sea breeze for this week. Otherwise, expect highs in the mid to upper 90s.
