In a move to focus more on growing the Jack in the Box Brand, the San Diego-based company is also mulling selling Del Taco.

Jack in the Box announced Wednesday it will close up to 200 underperforming restaurants and possibly sell its Del Taco brand.

Hamburger chain Jack in the Box said Wednesday that up to 120 of those closures could come this year, after same-store sales declined 4.4% in Q2 2025.
