Aaron Judge continues his march toward winning the American League MVP award in consecutive seasons. Judge's first hit of the year came when the New York Yankees welcomed the Milwaukee Brewers into Yankee Stadium on Opening Day (March 27).

Aaron Judge blamed himself for swinging at pitches outside the strike zone as the New York Yankees were swept in a three-game series at the Boston Red Sox.

That proved to be Judge’s lone hit of the series, as he went 0-for-4 with another three strikeouts in Sunday’s 2-0 loss at Fenway Park, with the Red Sox completing the sweep. His last chance to make another impact came in the eighth, when the Yankees had runners on first and second and one out and Garrett Whitlock entered.
