GREEN BAY – James DeVault heard the celebration in the Green Bay East boys basketball team’s locker room Saturday. The third-year coach was there but can’t recall seeing any smiles.

Laramie Strauch Jr. was taken into custody following a domestic disturbance in Two Rivers, WI and was transported to the Manitowoc County Jail on multiple charges.
