Kirby Smart addressed the possibility of Georgia hiring a general manager to help with roster-building efforts at a recent press conference.

As several major programs adjust or cancel their traditional spring games this offseason, Georgia Bulldogs head coach Kirby Smart remains adaptable with the team’s annual G-Day game, set for April 12.

While other college football programs are hiring general managers to handle the new workload, Georgia is sticking with its current personnel.

As the game grows and more decisions are to be made, every head coach has to decide how much power over his roster he's willing to cede.
