Despite Clark being out, the Fever have remained afloat. Currently, they hold a 14-12 record and are trying to keep themselves within striking distance of the playoffs. While the fans and Indiana have been patient with Clark, she is facing major backlash after her latest off the court move.

The Indiana Fever (14-12) return to action on Wednesday night with a home date from inside Gainbridge Fieldhouse against the Phoenix Mercury (16-9). The Fever will again do so without the services of star point guard Caitlin Clark. Clark was ruled out on Tuesday evening by Indiana with a right groin injury.
