Trump said he wants a permanent end to the conflict with Iran, not just a cease-fire with Israel. “I didn‘t say I was looking for a cease-fire… We’re looking for better than a cease-fire,” he told reporters on Air Force One as he returned to Washington early from the G-7 summit in Canada.
