TEHRAN - Iran will not negotiate over its nuclear program while facing external pressure or sanctions, Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi declared Tuesday during a joint press conference with his visiting Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, in Tehran.
