Shedeur Sanders didn't take the field at the East-West Shrine Bowl. The star 2025 NFL Draft prospect did, however, drop a hint about his future on the AT&T Stadium turf, telling NFL Media on Thursday that he knows he'll be suiting up in the stadium to play "against the [Dallas] Cowboys" before long.

But in Bucky Brooks’ first NFL.com mock of the season, he had Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders going as the first overall pick to the Titans, with Ward going No. 3 to the New York Giants, who are also desperate for a quarterback.

During the middle of the game, Sanders joined the NFL Network broadcast and was asked by reporter Jane Slater what people might not know about him.

Shedeur Sanders dropped a very interesting hint about the New York Giants, suggesting that he’ll be playing the Dallas Cowboys “very soon.”

Sanders further sparked speculation when, while in New York City for the Heisman Trophy ceremony, he linked up with Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers for a game of catch on the sidewalk. Time will ultimately tell if the Giants, who seem interested in Sanders, turn that interest into action on April 24.
