Bednarek didn't appreciate Lyles staring him down at the finish line and gave him a shove and some words after the race

In the 200m final, Lyles overtook Bednarek in the final strides by four hundredths and looked over at Bednarek as he crossed the finish line. Bednarek then shoved Lyles in the back before they came to a stop. The two men then had a short chat and shook hands.

Track turned into a contact sport when sprinter Kenny Bednarek shoved Noah Lyles after Lyles beat him to the finish line in the 200-meter final at U.S. championships.
