The right-wing influencer and conspiracy theorist who reportedly urged Donald Trump to fire national security officials has multiple ties to the area.
Conservative activist Laura Loomer targeted a deputy national security adviser and questioned whether he is to blame for the Trump administration including a journalist in a Signal group text about bombing Yemen.
First, the president took aim at senior staffers on the White House National Security Council, after Loomer presented what she said was evidence they had been “disloyal” to Trump in an Oval Office meeting with him Wednesday.

The White House has fired at least three National Security Council staffers, three sources familiar with the move told CNN.
During the 30-minute meeting, the far-right activist excoriated National Security Council officials in front of the president and Michael Waltz, the national security adviser.
She was raised in Tucson along with her two brothers. Records indicate her parents still reside in Tucson, but Loomer currently lives in Florida.
