Saturday’s episode of College GameDay is going to be invaded by one of WWE’s biggest names — and we’re not talking about Pat McAfee. It was announced on Thursday that the guest picker for Week 12’s College Gameday will be WWE champion Cody Rhodes.

ESPN’s “College GameDay’ is tabbing a WWE champion to be the celebrity picker Saturday at Athens. Cody Rhodes, “The American Nightmare,” will join Rece Davis, Nick Saban, Desmond Howard, Lee Corso and Pat McAfee on Saturday ahead of Week 12′s game between Georgia and Tennessee. Rhodes, whose real name is Cody Runnels, is a Georgia Bulldogs fan.

The last time Tennessee visited Athens in 2022, country music artist and Georgia native, Luke Bryan, represented the Dawgs on the show. "College GameDay" went an entirely different direction this year, selecting WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes to take the mantle in Athens.
