WEBAug 25, 2023 · I'm doing a certain quest in Act III that requires a regular old skull to complete. I read somewhere that the vendor that starts the quest should sell a skull, but it's never been in her stock. I've checked the only graveyard I know of by the circus, and couldn't find one there.
